Welcome to the Golden Paws Rescue website. By using our site, you are deemed to have accepted these terms of use, established within the framework of our mission to find homes for and support animals in need.

2. Listing and Responsibilities (Community Listings)

Our users can create listings on our platform for animals they find in their surroundings. The 'Support' fee requested for adding a listing is used for the platform's infrastructure costs and our association's operations and is generally non-refundable. Users accept that the information and photos in the listings they add reflect reality. Golden Paws Rescue does not guarantee the health status or behavior of externally listed animals; it only serves as a bridge for connecting those who want to adopt with those who post the listing.

3. Prohibited Actions

Our platform is not a commercial sales board. It is strictly forbidden to sell animals on the system, create listings with fake photos, or use others' contact information in forms without permission. In such cases, we reserve the right to remove the listing and suspend the account.

4. Adoption and Right of Decision

Applications made for animals within our association are preliminary requests. The association management reserves the right to evaluate and reject applications to ensure the animal will live in the best conditions possible.

5. Intellectual Property

The association logos, designs, and content on our site are the property of Golden Paws Rescue and cannot be copied without permission.

6. Changes

Golden Paws Rescue reserves the right to update these terms of use without prior notice.
